Average- having one on one training is very beneficial to the practice

Having physicians train to complete BPA’s in epic as well as health maintance items and reconciling outside information.
How has your department and experience been impacted since starting to use our service?
There has been a tremendous improvement with physicians understanding workflow and completing mandatory items.
What would you tell someone who's considering working with us?
I highly recommend hiring Michael he is efficient and works well with physicians and staff.

Having Michael come in and work with the physicians one on one has improved workflow I have seen improvement and recommend others to use him.
